Yoga for Teenagers

These fun, active classes are ideal for ages 12-18. Learning yoga can help you build confidence, calm your mind, strengthen your body and increase self-awareness. In this class you will also learn body awareness and alignment techniques that help counteract hours spent working at a laptop and carrying heavy bags.

Trial Class £6.50




The Yoga for Teens course runs during term time with a break for half term. Please note that students are welcome to come along to a single trial class. We then ask for you to commit to the rest of the term if you would like to come back.
