NEW! Yoga for Teens Course

These fun, active classes are tailored specifically for ages fourteen and above. Teenagers face a combination of challenges – with exams, peer pressure and body image – which are particular to their life stage. Learning yoga helps build confidence to manage these issues by calming the mind, strengthening the body and increasing self-awareness. In this class students will also learn body awareness and alignment techniques that help counter the hours many young people spend hunched over their devices and carrying heavy bags.
