This new shorter class is ideal for complete beginners, students who have completed the Introduction to Iyengar Yoga Course and any practitioner in their first three years of practice. It will be a fast-paced class for students who like to practise and still have the whole of Sunday free!

Classes will be taught by Khaled Kendsi
Khaled has been practising Yoga since 1998 when he tried it to help relieve a lower back injury. He qualified as an Introductory Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher in October 2010 and is currently studying to take his Junior Intermediate Certification Level 2 in March.
He has attended classes in RIMYI in Pune, India several times where he studied with the Iyengar family and helped in the medical classes. Khaled is fully qualified in Immediate Life Support and works as a Cardiac Physiologist.

Classes will be taught by Harshini Wikramanayake
Harshini started practising Iyengar yoga almost twenty years ago and started her Teacher Training at the Institute in Maida Vale gaining her Introductory Certificate in 2006 and Junior Intermediate Level 3 in 2015.
Harshini has studied with the Iyengar family on three occasions in Pune, India and continues to attend weekly classes with Senior Teachers. Harshini has trained as an Ayurvedic Medical Practitioner and holds an MSc and BSc degrees in Ayurvedic Medicines.
